This policy explains what happens to the information you send through this site, who processes it and how to ask for it to be removed. It is written in plain language on purpose.
What information does this site collect?
We collect what you choose to send through a form on this site (the contact form or a call-back form): your name, phone number and ZIP code and, where the form asks for them, your email address, the type of project, a budget range, your Kitchen Preview picks, the details you write about your kitchen and the page you sent it from. The site also records standard technical data that any web server sees, such as the page you requested, the time of the request and the browser type. If you call the number on the site, a call tracking service may record the call source and duration. Payment details, government identifiers and other sensitive personal information are not needed, so leave them out of the forms. If you only browse, no account is created. The area map on some pages is loaded from Google Maps, so Google receives that request under its own privacy policy. Where call and form tracking is active, a third party service sets cookies and records how you reached the site and the pages you open.
How is the information used?
The information is used to answer your inquiry, understand the scope of your project and improve the pages on this site. Your details are not sold, and they are not used for marketing you did not ask for. Call tracking data is used to measure which pages produce calls. If you send a message, it is kept so the conversation has a record. You can ask what is held about you. That record is also what lets us answer a question months later.
Who processes the information?
The site is hosted on Vercel, and the forms on this site are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the message to an email inbox. Call tracking, when active, is handled by a third party call analytics provider that records the source of the call. These providers process the data on our behalf and have their own privacy terms. Those providers may process data outside Arizona, and their own terms govern that transfer. If a provider changes, this page is updated with the new name.
How long is the information kept and how do you remove it?
Form messages and call records are kept while they are useful for answering you and for ordinary business records, then deleted or anonymized. Server logs are kept for a shorter period for security and troubleshooting. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time by calling (747) 243-2089 or using the contact page, and naming the phone number or email you used. We will confirm the deletion, except where a record has to be kept for a legal or accounting reason. If you want to know what is held about you, ask, and we will tell you what exists. Deletion requests are handled by hand rather than an automated form. You do not have to give a reason.
